Are you super organised and love providing excellent customer service?

Are you a super bright graduate who loves luxury and prestige product?

You must have some experience working in a busy office, ideally working with excel spreadsheets, CRM or ERP systems or Operations, Order Processing and Supply Chain, ideally within a luxury brand.

You will be responsible for supporting internal and external customers through, providing efficient and compliant administrative operations to ensure stock replenishment, orders and manufacturing are delivered on time and within budget.

You will be responsible for Sales Orders Processing, managing stock allocations to ensure products are in the right place at the right time to satisfy customer demands.

You can build relationships to resolve day to day logistics and operational problems and identify opportunities for increasing the level of profitability for the business, ensuring customer service levels are maintained to the highest standards.

You must be highly numerate, enjoy working with numbers and spreadsheets and be able to cope under pressure.

Ideally a Maths, Economics, Business, Logistics or Supply Chain Degree.

This is a great role for someone who can remain positive through periods of increased work pressures.
