This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced in dealing with international accounts, based in sunny Portugal! Join a leading ingredient manufacturer that champions sustainability and high-quality products, with a global customer base.

Using your chemistry knowledge, sales flair and great communication skills, you will manage existing accounts and identify new opportunities to support global business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities in markets, growth areas, trends, partnerships
• Foster customer relationships to strengthen and expand the distributor network
• Leverage product/service expertise to provide technical support and suggest appropriate solutions
• Develop sales and marketing strategy; negotiate exclusive contracts and partnerships
• Stay updated on new products/services, distributors, and pricing to promote to clients
• Drive communication through client visits, trade fairs, training and presentations to demonstrate innovative ingredients
• Provide quality, compliance, and new business support to team and customers
• Hands-on customer-related administration, eg. order processing and logistics, technical documentation, responding to queries

You will use your experience in a similar role in a global sales environment, ideally within the cosmetic, VMS, pharma or chemicals sector.

Fluency in English is essential, with Spanish an advantage.
