Do you have an NVQ Level 2 Qualification in Beauty Therapy?

Are you a top-notch communicator with experience working with retailers such as Harrods, Selfridges and/or Space NK?

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a pioneering luxury skincare company and make a significant impact in the UK market. Acting as a Brand Ambassador to retail teams and consumers, you will go above and beyond to deliver best-in-class customer service, engagement and education.

You will play a crucial role in expanding the brand presence and delivering exceptional experiences to luxury retail partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster strong partnerships with luxury retail accounts through high-level communication and outstanding service
• Drive retail growth month on month by motivating and supporting store teams
• Plan and execute in-store events and deliver first-class training to sales teams
• Use your training expertise as a tool for growing brand awareness and sales
• Provide exceptional luxury customer service and experiences at all times
• Support the smooth rollout of product launches and activations within stores
• Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and address future challenges
• Develop and lead Spa treatments within the luxury retail environment

Candidate Requirements:

• NVQ level 2 qualification in Beauty Therapy
• Proven success in business development for a luxury beauty or skincare brand
• Experience with key accounts (Harrods/Selfridges/Space NK)
• Excellent presentation and training skills to educate clients and retail staff
• Commercially astute with strong analytical and negotiation skills
