This is a fabulous opportunity for an Assistant Brand Manager to join an award-winning textured hair care brand, where you will work closely alongside the Marketing Manager to execute UK marketing objectives & plans, delivering highly effective and compelling communication with the brands’ community.
With your entrepreneurial mindset, you will be ready to hit the ground running in developing a 3-year brand strategy that has the consumer’s and retailer’s needs at its heart. As a skilled multi-tasker, you can ensure this marketing plan will be delivered on time and within budget whilst also meeting growth targets for the business.
Working cross-functionally across internal teams using your concise communication you will deliver a significant contribution to standard business processes. Using your excellent organisational skills you will project manage the UK communication strategy covering PR, social media, product launches and influencer plans, creating content that speaks to the consumer in these spaces in a way that is genuine and engaging.
The ideal candidate already has a deep understanding of textured hair and is confidently able to deliver the brand’s message with authenticity whilst reinforcing brand identity and hair empowerment.
