Key Responsibilities:

• Create inspiring formulations that align with marketing plans and promotional activity
• Present concepts, textures and prototypes at internal “show and tell” sessions
• Collaborate with NPD specialists to develop market‑ready products for clients
• Support customer projects with technical insight, troubleshooting and ingredient guidance
• Build and maintain a comprehensive formulation and ingredient library
• Evaluate new ingredient launches, reviewing claims and compatibility
• Support digital tools and platforms that showcase formulations and product concepts

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong experience in a similar formulation role
• Broad scientific understanding with awareness of relevant regulations
• Commercially aware, customer‑focused and confident in technical discussions
• Highly self‑motivated, well‑organised and comfortable working independently
