Amazon Account Manager – London – £50-60,000

Are you a commercially-focused Amazon expert, from a beauty brand background?

Do you enjoy taking ownership of your Account’s online presence and performance?

As Amazon Account Manager for this disruptive haircare brand, you will manage expansion into European markets while maintaining UK growth. Working closely with their US HQ team, you will take hands-on responsibility for all aspects of the brand’s business with Amazon.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in the Central London office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate and champion the importance and potential of Amazon to internal teams
• Develop, negotiate and implement sales strategies and promo plans that drive Amazon sales and profit
• Provide outstanding customer service, building strong, productive relationships with key people and teams
• Set budgets and optimise spend to meet profitability KPIs while building brand presence
• Monitor, analyse and report on Account performance, providing actionable insights to meet and exceed targets
• Forecast sales with accuracy, ensuring inventory management and minimising supply chain disruption
• Lead funded marketing activities, including Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns, ensuring strong ROI

Candidate Requirements:

• Impressive experience of Amazon Vendor Account Management, including Pan-EU operations
• Strong understanding of Amazon Ads and Vendor Central platforms
• Proven track record in delivering high profit and strong Net PPM through effective P&L management
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially astute
• Organized and operationally focused, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Confident self-starter and team player, comfortable working in a team and autonomously
