Key Responsibilities:

• Testing, validation, and optimisation of components and processes
• Creating briefs, specifications, and managing NPD initiatives
• Building relationships with vendors and sourcing sustainable materials
• Assisting operations, maintaining documentation, and overseeing line implementation
• Managing colour processes, artwork approval, and packaging presentation
• Maintaining budgets and coordinating with purchasing teams

Candidate Requirements:

• Success in previous Packaging Development roles, including product testing
• Strong project management, communication and problem solving skills
• Regular travel to company’s Hertfordshire facility
