Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Delivery: Oversee execution of influencer campaigns, pre-empting problems and providing updates
• Supply Chain & Procurement: Manage component purchasing, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations
• Product Engineering & Quality: Create, validate BOMs and implement quality assurance across assembly processes
• Logistics & Distribution: Oversee inbound and outbound product flows, carrier partnerships, and dispatch
• Operational Systems & Documentation: Maintain databases, production logs, and asset management systems
• Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement: Mentor staff, optimize workflows, and drive strategic organisational development

Candidate Requirements:

• Success in managing large-scale, complex projects, reacting positively to changing plans and priorities
• Experience within the beauty or personal care industry
• Able to guide and align cross-functional teams toward a unified goal
• Confident communicating complex ideas and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
