This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Product Manager to spearhead the growth of a well-established skincare company in the UK market. Working closely with the Marketing Manager to drive product and brand visibility, this role has huge potential for success as you evolve into a brand ambassador and take it to the next level.

This is a busy role for a highly organised individual that likes to roll their sleeves up. You will define the strategy for each campaign, ensuring that budget requirements are met whilst also prioritising the brands’ ethos of sustainability.

You will direct the execution of each campaign; coordinating with the sales team, liasing with in-store and online retailers, and briefing designers to create multi-channel POS tools. With your pragmatic mindset and strong analytical skills assessing the performance of a campaign will be second nature.

You will create reports at brand and channel levels that identify and trigger actions to boost performance. As a self-starter, you will also keep an eye on competitors and market trends enabling you to spot new opportunities for growth. Primarily focused on product strategy, this role also has the scope for creativity and innovation as you work on pioneering designs.

You will take ownership of the creation of limited-edition and b products, working flexibly to find fresh ideas and innovative solutions. Using your excellent interpersonal skills, you will create strong relationships and utilise your proactive mindset to motivate others.

You will be firmly team-oriented as you work together to execute winning strategies that drive brand visibility for employees, clients, and consumers.
