Senior Regulatory Manager – London – £60-75,000

Embark on a journey with a trailblazing beauty brand in this dynamic role, working with internal teams to develop and implement the Global Regulatory Strategy. Put your regulatory expertise at the forefront of beauty innovation, supporting the company’s fast growth and ensuring regulatory compliance across the world for all products, including US FDA OTC formulations.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in the Central London office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage regulatory compliance of all products (cosmetic, general, and OTC) across international markets
• Communicate complex information and technical data to various audiences in a simplified manner
• Provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams on regulatory requirements, product development, testing and marketing claims
• Lead the regulatory process for FDA OTC products
• Represent the company with industry associations to stay ahead of regulatory trends and updates

Candidate Requirements:

• Scientific degree (cosmetic science, chemistry, biology, or related field)
• Significant experience in global cosmetic regulations, including FDA
• Proven track record in project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly evolving business landscape
