This is a fabulous opportunity to combine your passion for beauty and social media, using your knowledge of both to create and manage the social media strategy for platforms like Instagram, TikTok and Twitter. You will discover the latest trends and create content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and interaction with the online community.
You will work closely alongside the Head of Marketing to implement your online strategy whilst also motivating and inspiring more junior members of your team.
With your excellent multi-tasking skills, you will manage both long and short-term projects to support the business strategy and drive social media users to the company and our retailer website. These campaigns will require you to work with all aspects of the online community, and to trial new social media platforms to deliver social growth to the business.
With your keen eye for analysing data, you will understand that a successful social presence is one that goes beyond follower count delivering a tangible increase in customer conversion and sales. Using your knowledge of analytics you will constantly evaluate the success of your strategy in order to deliver optimum commercial growth.
Your excellent attention to detail will allow you to manage the costs and income for all social media platforms and build commerce capabilities with established social platforms.
