Key Responsibilities:

• Lead NPD and EPD projects, managing timelines, CPAs and key milestones
• Champion product quality, innovation, sustainability and brand alignment
• Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Design, Supply Chain & Manufacturing
• Track costs, margins and data accuracy through the stage‑gate process
• Work with suppliers to brief, refine and deliver product and packaging solutions
• Support idea generation, trend‑spotting and creative concept development
• Produce project reports and trackers using Excel and project planning tools
• Build strong internal and external relationships to keep projects moving

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, household fragrance or cleaning
• Passion for product, natural ingredients, quality, creativity and innovation
• Strong communicator who builds positive partnerships across teams
• Highly organised, analytical and proactive, with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple timelines and driving progress independently
