Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage daily orders from ecommerce platforms, including Amazon
• Assist with creating shipments, updating tracking, and resolving order issues
• Keep track of inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with warehouse partners
• Help the team to meet packaging compliance and delivery standards
• Monitor performance of key account metrics, alerting the team to any issues
• Assist in preparing weekly logistics and fulfilment reports

Candidate Requirements:

• An understanding of ecommerce processes, ideally including Amazon Seller Central
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• A positive, proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team player
