Key Responsibilities:

• Create educational content that meets industry standards and company philosophy
• Oversee R&D plans and actively formulate new course materials
• Guide tutors, manage consultants and support future certified formulators
• Conduct live and pre-recorded teaching sessions, participate in webinars and community events
• Create blog posts, lead magnets, and social media content with scientific accuracy
• Represent the organisation at industry events, monitoring trends and innovations
• Support leadership and contribute positively to ongoing educational innovation

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field
• Cosmetic formulation plus educational or content development experience
• Ability to translate scientific concepts into engaging educational materials
• Enjoys presenting to and communicating with a highly engaged community
