A leading global speciality chemicals distributor is seeking a Supplier Manager for their Beauty & Personal Care division. In this commercially-focused role, you will manage key supplier relationships, drive commercial growth, and provide technical expertise across the UK & Ireland, working from home with occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth by managing and expanding relationships with Key Principal suppliers in the UK
• Promote and sell the raw material/ingredient portfolios into UK customers
• Deliver technical expertise, training and product insight to internal teams and clients
• Identify and convert new commercial opportunities with sales teams
• Oversee stock, purchasing and working capital to meet commercial targets
• Analyse data, prepare sales reports, and present insights to stakeholders
• Support product campaigns, market mapping and digital marketing initiatives
• Champion commercial strategy, ensuring product lines meet revenue and margin goals

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong commercial and technical background in the UK Beauty Market
• Proven relationship‑builder with confident supplier and customer‑facing skills
• Chemistry/business degree or demonstrable chemical sector experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
