Bring your creative flair and deep viral trend knowledge to a dynamic, fast-growing company, elevating their social media presence on TikTok and beyond! Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will drive engagement, brand awareness, and sales through innovative content strategies.

The team collaborates closely, spending 4 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• TikTok-first strategy: Create and execute an engaging, trend-driven content plan to grow our audience and drive sales
• Social media management: Own and optimize all platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) for maximum engagement
• Influencer & creator collaborations: Identify, recruit, and manage partnerships to amplify brand reach
• Content strategy: Work with videographers, creators, and internal teams to produce high-performing content
• Community engagement: Build an active, engaged audience by responding to comments, DMs, and trends in real time
• Performance tracking: Analyse data, refine strategies, and maximize results
• Paid social campaigns: Work with the marketing team to optimize paid strategies for growth

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in social media planning and execution in beauty, fragrance or FMCG
• A TikTok expert who understands the algorithm, trends, and viral content
• Skilled in using data and analytics to shape impactful social media strategies
• Success in trend spotting, briefing creatives, and pushing boundaries in content
• Strong commercial acumen and a drive to maximise ROI
