Joining a well-established leader in health and wellness products, you will work closely with the entrepreneurial, hands-on business owner. Exceptional performance can position you for the Managing Director role in future.

The UK is a lead market for this region, and experience with High Street health & beauty stores, grocers and online beauty retailers is essential.

In this flexible role, you will work at least 3 days a week in the Surrey office; more if you prefer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a sales team, including trainers and customer service representatives
• Drive EMEA and UK market growth for a highly successful business
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand market presence
• Build collaborative relationships with marketing and internal teams
• Implement innovative sales techniques that drive success

Candidate Requirements:

• Senior-level executive with international distributor experience
• Hands-on experience with UK health & beauty stores, grocers and online beauty retailers
• Commercially astute and numerically proficient
• Personable with direct communication style
