Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new formulations, supported by senior team members
• Create trial batches and research new personal care technologies
• Understand cosmetic regulations and manage raw material data systems
• Communicate technical information clearly to clients and suppliers
• Support multiple projects with a methodical, problem-solving approach and exceptional attention to detail
• Manage and maintain formulation and technical documentation
• Attend industry seminars, meetings and exhibitions across the UK

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong scientific background, preferably a Master’s in Chemistry
• Cosmetic science or formulation laboratory experience is a strong advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
