Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of personal care products in aerosol formats including sprays, foams, and mousses.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept, formulation, and testing through to industrialisation and launch.
• Optimise formulations to ensure stability, performance, and outstanding sensory experience.
• Ensure products meet all regulatory, safety, and technical compliance requirements.
• Oversee stability, compatibility, and safety testing programmes.
• Collaborate with marketing, suppliers, and internal teams to drive innovation.
• Mentor and develop R&D team members, fostering creativity and continuous improvement.
• Identify emerging trends, new ingredients, and cutting‑edge aerosol technology.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or a related field.
• Extensive experience in personal care aerosol development and industrialisation.
• Strong formulation, testing, and regulatory knowledge.
• Effective leadership, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
