A global beauty and wellness product company is looking for a Supply Planning Manager to manage stock planning and procurement, ensuring optimal inventory levels while working closely with global suppliers and internal teams.

This hybrid role requires 2 days each week working in the company’s West London office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a 500+ SKU portfolio throughout the product lifecycle
• Create and oversee POs with UK, EU, and global suppliers
• Utilise MRP systems and Excel for planning and reporting
• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders for shipments
• Ensure smooth phase-in/phase-out of products and artwork changes
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise supply chain performance
• Identify and resolve supply issues, escalating when necessary

Candidate Requirements:

• Success in a procurement or inventory planning role, involving extensive SKU options
• MRP system proficiency and strong Excel skills
• Experience with international vendors and freight arrangements
• A strategic mindset, confident making decisions and resolving problems
