Join this growing beauty business on a 12‑month contract and make a real impact in a global, fast‑moving environment. In their Innovation & Development team, you will create category-defining formulations for skin, hair, body care and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop formulations to meet customer and internal briefs
• Modify and optimise existing formulations
• Test product quality, performance and stability
• Translate claims into substantiated, regulatory‑compliant messaging
• Support scale‑up by designing accurate, risk‑aware lab‑to‑manufacture methods
• Identify suitable raw materials and work closely with suppliers
• Bring inspiration from beauty trends to keep concepts fresh and relevant
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and in full

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong experience developing formulations in cosmetics, personal care, FMCG or Pharma
• Solid understanding of cosmetic science, ingredient functionality and stability
• Meticulous, organised, and committed to high laboratory standards
