As the marketing executive, you will be reporting into the Brand Manager to ensure that day-
to-day marketing operations move forward in a timely and organised manner. The position

technologically savvy and have an interest in the digital marketing landscape, especially in a
fast-paced start-up environment.

**Kindly note, this role is currently remote-based due to the Tier 5 lockdown restrictions, but will
return to 5x days per week in our Chelsea office as soon as government guidelines permit.**

● Email Marketing: Responsible for the email process from planning to deployment and
ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time. Develop a Test and Learn schedule
for our email channel, constantly looking for creative new ways to push eCommerce
growth via the channel.
● Execute Marketing Strategy: Work alongside the Marketing Director and Brand
Manager to develop the 360 marketing calendar and ensure that knowledge is shared
across the wider team. Work closely with external agencies, alongside the brand
manager to provide a creative brief and share assets such as banners, press releases for
every channel.
● Digital Marketing Support: Support the eCommerce manager with any general site
updates, such as creating new product pages, landing pages and executing on-site
promotional campaigns. You will also be responsible for regularly checking and updating
on-site assets.
● Performance Marketing Support: Support the Brand Manager with the execution of the
paid social and affiliate marketing strategy to grow these channels. Maintenance of
campaigns, optimisation, reporting and bid adjusting. Implement a test and learn
approach to constantly improve metrics such as CTR and ROI. Develop A/B tests and
share results with the wider team.
● Social Media Support: Assist the Social Media and Content Manager with daily content
engagement and community activations.
● BAU support: Assist with any BAU tasks to help with the smooth and efficient running of
the business (i.e. preparation of meeting agendas, writing up and circulating meeting minutes, packing press parcels, etc.)

● Educated to degree level
● 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role or organisation
● A proactive self starter with a positive attitude
● Works well as part of a team
● Ability to multi-task with many projects, whilst able to prioritise the immediate tasks at
● An understanding of the full marketing mix and the relationship between online and
offline channels
● A strong attention to detail
● An interest in the luxury and cosmetics industries and a desire to learn
● Highly creative with the ability to think outside of the box
● Strong communication and English language skills, both spoken and written
● Solid analytical skills
● Ability and interest to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
● Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
● Familiarity with tools such as MailChimp, Magento, Google Analytics, Adobe Photoshop
etc. is a plus
