The Red Tree, the UK’s leading international beauty brand consultancy, is expanding its team of professionals.
To strengthen our team, we are seeking a self-motivated, creative individual with strong digital marketing experience.
The role is critical in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space for our global client base of beauty brands, as well as covering the implementation and successful running of digital channels for The Red Tree.

The Role:

  • Working closely with our experienced team of professionals you will take the lead role on developing & delivering digital strategy – for both our clients’ and The Red Tree’s digital channels
  • Creating and implementing social media strategies to achieve agreed communication objectives
  • Provide artistic direction for content creation
  • Develop and implement campaigns that drive customer acquisition, direct-to-consumer sales and engagement
  • Presenting and explaining strategies to clients in a professional and authoritative manner
  • Use analytics to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
  • In addition to managing our client’s social media accounts, you will be required to manage the implementation of specialist skills such as paid advertising, i.e., Google Ads, paid social media; SEO practices and keyword analysis; email marketing and content creation. The implementation of some or all of these skills may involve external agencies however preference will be given to candidates who can also implement many of the skills mentioned above.

The right candidate will have: 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing Digital Media
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining a loyal following across social media outlets by generating unique and relevant content for that environment
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms including advertising
  • Good copy-writing skills
  • Experience of working with social media reporting tools
  • Strong analytical knowledge, turning data into engaging content
  • Experience using social media monitoring and scheduling platforms
  • Consumer awareness – quick to understand a brand’s audience
  • Graphic design editing – InDesign / Photoshop
  • Extensive knowledge of current and emerging digital channels
  • Excellent written, verbal and numeracy skills
  • Great communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic and ambitious with a can-do attitude
  • Experience working within the beauty industry is preferred but not essential
