We are looking for a Category & Product Launch Manager to lead the end‑to‑end rollout of new products across multiple European markets. This position is ideal for a strategic, commercially minded individual who thrives in cross‑functional environments and enjoys shaping go‑to‑market plans. You will play a key role in bringing innovation to life, ensuring launches land on time, meet commercial expectations, and resonate with local consumers.

This role acts as the central link between global product development teams and regional commercial teams. You will manage timelines, ensure launch assets are ready, coordinate cross‑functional inputs, and support the refinement of product positioning for local markets. Alongside ensuring operational readiness, you will contribute insight into category trends and help optimize launch performance. This role requires someone highly organized, influential, and able to manage numerous moving parts with clarity and confidence.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all stages of product launches from concept to in‑market activation.
  • Collaborate with global development teams to translate product concepts into regional plans.
  • Align with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure launch components are market‑ready.
  • Monitor retailer requirements, timelines, and promotional windows to optimize launch delivery.
  • Lead cross‑functional meetings to track progress, resolve risks, and maintain alignment.
  • Review post‑launch performance and recommend improvements for future launches.

 

Experience Requirements:

 

  • Experience in product marketing, category management, or launch coordination within consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, product positioning, and retailer dynamics.
  • Excellent project‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple launches.
  • Confident collaborating across varied teams and communicating across functions.
  • Highly organized, detail‑focused, and adaptable in fast‑moving environments.
