Combining imaginative scent storytelling with a meditative and creative approach, they offer more than just perfumes – it’s an immersive universe of colour, craftsmanship, creativity, and meaningful connection. With new counters in Liberty, Selfridges and Harrods London, our client is seeking enthusiastic, passionate individuals to join the team and represent the brand in-store, helping to create unforgettable experiences for customers.

As a Sales Associate / Brand Champion, you’ll be the ambassador of the brand’s experience. You’ll bring their world of scent and storytelling to life, connecting with customers and guiding them through their collections. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in luxury retail, enjoys engaging with people, and has a flair for creating memorable moments.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome, engage, and inspire customers, delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Introduce visitors to the brand’s fragrance universe through authentic storytelling.
  • Build meaningful, lasting client relationships to support repeat business and loyalty.
  • Consistently achieve personal sales targets while contributing to overall counter performance.
  • Maintain organised stock levels and assist with efficient replenishment processes.
  • Ensure the counter is always presented to the highest visual merchandising standards.
  • Accurately manage sales transactions and follow all store operational procedures.
  • Support new product launches, activations, and in-store events to elevate brand presence.
  • Work collaboratively with store colleagues and HQ to deliver a seamless customer journey.

 

Experience Requirements:

  • Experience within luxury retail, ideally in fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle.
  • A genuine passion for customer engagement and immersive storytelling.
  • Confident, warm, and naturally able to build rapport with diverse customers.
  • Proactive, driven, and eager to contribute to the brand’s continued growth.
  • Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks at pace.
  • A commitment to excellence in both customer service delivery and operational standards.
