The Store Manager acts as the guardian of the in‑store experience, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the brand’s elevated standards. You will oversee daily operations, lead and motivate a small, close‑knit team, and take ownership of the store’s commercial performance. This includes sales strategy, event execution, clienteling, visual presentation, and operational compliance.
