We are currently recruiting for one of the UK’s fastest-growing and most innovative haircare brands. They are looking for an experienced Retail Account Manager to lead relationships with major retailers and help drive commercial success across a rapidly expanding product range.

This award-winning, founder-led beauty brand has shaken up the UK haircare space with its cruelty-free, performance-driven products. Recognised by the Sunday Times and a winner of multiple UK Beauty Awards, they are expanding rapidly through both DTC and retail partnerships with the UK’s top beauty stores.

Reporting directly to the co-founders, the Retail Account Manager will take ownership of relationships with key UK retail partners (including Boots, Selfridges, H Beauty, and Sainsbury’s).

This role involves working cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and NPD to ensure strong in-store brand presence, timely delivery, and high-impact sales performance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, commercially-savvy professional, with experience in haircare, beauty or wellness sectors ready to take their next step up into a manager position.

Responsibilities: 
Manage and nurture relationships with leading retail partners to deliver commercial success
Collaborate on sales strategies, promotions, activations and performance targets
Ensure seamless order fulfilment in partnership with the logistics team
Align marketing and in-store activity to brand positioning and customer journey
Support launch strategies for new products tailored to retailer needs
Prepare and analyse sales, stock, and competitor reports on a weekly/monthly basis

Requirements: 
Strong experience managing UK retail accounts, ideally in beauty, haircare, or wellness
Commercial acumen with the ability to influence sales outcomes
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and externally
Able to work autonomously while contributing to a wider, fast-paced team
