Ruth McFetridge, Brand Account Director, Landsec Ruth McFetridge is a retail specialist with over 15 years’ experience working within the sector. She has a wealth of knowledge covering all aspects of leasing, providing her with invaluable market insight and an in-depth understanding of how to build a customer-centric business. As Brand Account Director, Ruth leads on securing the best retail space for Health & Beauty, Tech, Automotive & Services customers within Landsec’s brand account management team. Ruth is passionate about ensuring retail spaces remain relevant, attractive destinations for both brands and consumers. Since joining Landsec in 2020, she has been pivotal in driving forward the business’ collaborative approach to building relationships and driving performance across Landsec’s retail assets to create value for brand partners. Prior to joining Landsec, Ruth specialised in retail asset management at LaSalle before leading on their Alternatives division. She also spent time at Estee Lauder as a Real Estate Manager for their 100 UK stores.
Catherine Bossom is the Founder of Yellow Flamingo. Catherine is a highly respected and sought-after independent consultant with over 20 years of experience in the luxury beauty and retail industry. Catherine’s experience touches some of the world’s best-known luxury brands, including Harrods, Selfridges, Space NK and YSL Beauté, where she has held various commercial and merchandising roles.
Anna Teal is the CEO of Grown Alchemist. She has over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, previously holding the position of VP and Global Business Development Director of Global Brands at No7 Beauty and CEO of Aromatherapy Associates, Anna has led business growth strategy as well as driving acquisitions strategy, running and acquiring a portfolio of beauty and wellness brands for Walgreens Boots Alliance. Results driven with a sharp consumer focus she brings a renewed energy and direction to Grown Alchemist as it embarks on a rebrand and targeted expansion mission.
Chelsey Saunders, Director of Beauty – Boots UK. (Fragrance, Skincare and Haircare). 16 year career in Boots UK working within the commercial function. She started her career within Boots as a category assistant, progressing through the ranks in multiple assistant buyers, buyer, and senior buyer roles, and then, more recently, she worked as the commercial director.
Clare Cryer, VP Growth at Outform, is a retail marketing professional who helps manifest brand vision into brick-and-mortar experiences. She works with her clients to define the role of the store in the beauty shopper journey now and in the future. Her background in creative commerce helps her steward brands to the right unified commerce solution where the digital and physical retail touchpoint serve the perfect balance of utility and elevated experience. By mining Outform’s proprietary research she gives evidence-based insight to shape the future of beauty retailing for brands like Tom Ford, Estee Lauder, YSL, L’Oreal, Dyson, Cloud Nine and Theraface.
Imogen Porter is the Buying Manager for Beauty at Harrods. Her career at Harrods spans 15 years, starting in Fashion, working across a number of Buyerships, and notably launching the Fashion Lab department in 2013. Imogen moved to Beauty in 2018 as the Skincare Buyer, before then taking on the Beauty Buying Manager role in 2021.
Imogen’s remit covers both the product & services elements of the Harrods Beauty business across all selling channels, Harrods, .com & the 5 regional H Beauty stores, leading strategic brand relationships to deliver the world-class portfolio of brands and products you find today across all categories in Beauty at Harrods.
Helen Duxbury, Account Director at Circana, has a wealth of experience in the Prestige Beauty area, having worked at Circana (NPD) for over 10 years. Key strengths are identifying trends and using Insights to bring data to life.
