Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and develop SPF and suncare products to meet customer briefs
• Support scale-up from lab to factory, ensuring smooth production runs
• Collaborate with commercial teams and present technical insights to customers
• Work closely with suppliers and stay ahead of regulatory changes
• Mentor and guide junior team members in SPF formulation
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with global standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in cosmetic science or related discipline
• Strong science background with experience in SPF formulation
• Knowledge of SPF regulations and testing protocols
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
