We’re looking for a confident and proactive Sales and Training Manager to oversee brand presence and retail excellence across France. Based in Paris, this hybrid role blends field leadership, training delivery, and retail strategy, with a particular focus on Sephora stores and luxury retail hubs. You’ll work closely with retail teams, freelancers, and commercial partners to ensure the brand stands out at every customer touchpoint.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail Sales & Performance 
Lead and support store-level teams to consistently exceed sales targets
Build strong partnerships with key retailers to optimise brand positioning
Monitor and respond to sales trends, identifying opportunities for growth

Learning & Development 
Design and facilitate engaging training sessions that build product knowledge and customer service skills
Develop tailored coaching for in-store teams to drive performance and brand advocacy
Ensure all staff uphold a premium customer experience and reflect the brand’s values

Retail Activation & Events 
Manage the planning and execution of in-store activations, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
Work alongside marketing and visual teams to deliver impactful, on-brand events
Act as a brand ambassador during field visits, offering on-the-ground support and insight

Team & Territory Management 
Oversee the recruitment and development of freelance brand representatives
Create and manage field schedules, ensuring efficient coverage across key doors
Regularly visit stores to assess execution, share feedback, and maintain operational standards

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in a sales, education, or field role within the luxury beauty or skincare industry
Previous experience with Sephora or premium multi-brand retailers is highly beneficial
Bilingual fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
Skilled in coaching and motivating teams in fast-paced retail settings
A creative, strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen
Willingness to travel frequently across France
A deep passion for skincare and a strong understanding of the luxury retail landscape
