In celebration of International Youth Day, Molton Brown, British fragrance makers, have announced a partnership with The Prince’s Trust, an inspiring organisation dedicated to helping disadvantaged young people in the UK for an initial period of three years. This collaboration stays true to Molton Brown’s values which have remained the same for over 50 years, championing individuality, diversity and an open-minded attitude.
Molton Brown will be fundraising, and their teams will be getting involved on a personal level by reviewing and giving advice on CV’s and cover letters, conducting employability sessions where employees from all walks of life will share their valuable skills, expertise, and experience of working in the beauty industry, as well as assisting with interview preparation– each step allowing young jobseekers to access roles that might previously have been considered unreachable.
