TikTok Shop has announced record-breaking sales this Black Friday, marking its most successful UK sales event to date. On Friday, 29th November, TikTok Shop UK reported an extraordinary 179% year-on-year increase in revenue during the Black Friday period. Additionally, the platform experienced a 131% rise in the number of shoppers seeking exclusive deals from popular brands and creators, including Luxe Collective, Candy Kittens, and Sage Studios. This impressive triple-digit growth underscores how TikTok Shop is transforming the retail landscape with its innovative and engaging shopping experience.
Shoppers flocked to TikTok Shop to find extraordinary discounts on the latest trends in fashion, beauty, home essentials, electronics, toys, and books. Top selling brands include P.Louise (@plmakeupacademy), Made by Mitchell (@madebymitchell), The Beauty Crop (@thebeautycrop) and HNB Cosmetics (@hnbcosmetics) and Lookfantastic (@lookfantastic).
LIVE shopping takes centre stage on Black Friday

This triple digit growth was partly driven by a surge in LIVE shopping, which enables sellers and shoppers to interact in real time. During the Black Friday period (25th November – 2nd December) we saw on average over 6000 LIVE shopping sessions per day in the UK.
