Kaorium Ltd, a fragrance exploration company, has announced its UK expansion plans, including two key appointments. Helen Sinacola has joined as Chief Marketing Officer on a fractional basis to lead European marketing efforts, brand identity, and customer acquisition strategies. Helen brings extensive experience from global beauty brands such as Hugo Boss and Gucci.
Simultaneously, Yuzu Takagi has been appointed as Coordination and Operations Manager. Based in the UK, Yuzu will manage client onboarding and daily operations, leveraging her bilingual skills and marketing experience to support Kaorium’s growth.
Kaorium uses AI technology and data analysis to provide intuitive fragrance recommendations, offering a unique approach to navigating the fragrance market. Originating in Japan in 2019, Kaorium aims to transform the customer experience and support sales staff in the UK.
Kaorium is an entirely novel approach to fragrance exploration that decodes the enigmatic world of scent and helps people discover new fragrances intuitively through an exploration of perfumes and the language that the user associates with them. Harnessing state-of-the-art
technology, the brand utilises custom hardware and software to help customers identify and select new fragrances without the distraction of marketing, bottles, or their own preconceptions about a brand.
Ben Janousek, CEO of Kaorium said: “We’re so excited to bring someone as experienced and capable as Helen on board. Kaorium is a cutting-edge product, operating in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving sector. To achieve the scale of our ambitions, we need the highest
calibre of staff on our team, and with Helen’s appointment we are certain that our ambitious plans are achievable.”
