Emily Montila is Head of Makeup at Space NK, leading the retailer’s largest category into its next phase of growth. With a background spanning Harrods, ASOS, Flannels and Feelunique, she brings a commercially driven yet customer-first approach to building brand portfolios that balance industry icons with emerging disruptors.
Her work focuses on redefining how customers discover and engage with makeup, with a particular emphasis on globalisation, innovation and the evolving role of retail. She is currently focused on scaling the category further, with a clear ambition to drive market share, accelerate growth and cement makeup as the leading category within the business.
