On Thursday 7th May, the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Beauty, Aesthetics and Wellbeing (APPG-BAW) held a virtual panel session on the impact of COVID-19 on the industry .
During this panel session, MPs heard from industry representatives about the short and longer term impacts COVID-19 will have on the industry, whether the existing Government business support measures have been effective and what further support the industry will need as lockdown restrictions are eased to thrive post-crisis.

Lesley Blair – Chair of the British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology
Kerry Stuart – Owner of an Ilminster-based hair, beauty and aesthetics practice
Jo Jones – Founder of Beauty Beat, beauty brand and PR expert
