On Tuesday 12th November, CEW Executive Board member Tracey Woodward will be speaking at Spa Life 2019, Tracey will be asking attending attendees “Are you ready for Wellness?”.
The spa industry seems to have bought into the idea of wellness and self-care, but not enough is really understood about the concept. Tracey is an expert in this field and will challenge attendees to really consider the services being offered, and how meaningful they want to be in the marketplace over the coming years. If the spa industry is going to truly offer wellness advice and treatments to clients, the industry needs to understand what wellness really is as authenticity in this space essential.
