Martha’s background is in publishing, where she spent 10 years in roles spanning both editorial and commercial across newsprint and magazines, most recently as Head of Fashion and Beauty for News . Martha made the move into Tech at the beginning of 2021. At TikTok she looks after Beauty Key Accounts, managing the platform’s relationship with holding groups such as COTY and Estee Lauder Companies, supporting them on their growth and investment in TikTok.
Antonia Baildam manages Beauty Brand Partnerships for TikTok where she oversees the strategic direction and commercial growth of the Beauty vertical, working with global brands such as L’Oreal and Charlotte Tilbury to achieve success on the platform. Prior to joining TikTok in June 2020, Antonia has held roles at Conde Nast and spent 5 years at The Stylist Group, leading the Beauty Partnerships team.
