The UK beauty industry is set for another year of accelerated founder growth as CEW UK announces its official partnership with Breakout Beauty UK, joining the programme as its exclusive Industry Association Partner for the 2026 cohort.

Returning for Summer 2026 after a standout first year, Breakout Beauty UK is a fully funded, ten-week accelerator designed for market-ready beauty founders aiming to scale into major retail and build multi-million-pound brands. The programme supports founder-led brands across skincare, makeup, haircare, bodycare, fragrance and accessories, helping them strengthen retail strategy, grow sales and attract investment and media attention. CEW UK MD Sallie Berkerey has joined the Breakout Beauty UK Beauty Board alongside CEW board member Oriele Frank, Rochelle Humes, Grace Vernon and other leading voices across the sector.
Paul Finch, Breakout Beauty UK Chief Architect & Growth Studio Co-Founder, said: “Breakout Beauty UK was created to give ambitious founders the kind of access, expertise and opportunities that typically take years to build. The impact we saw in our first year – from retail listings to investment interest – proved just how powerful the right support network can be. For 2026, we’re scaling the programme significantly, bringing in even more partners and deeper expertise to help the next wave of beauty entrepreneurs build multi-million-pound brands and become the names everyone is talking about.”
Sallie Berkerey, Managing Director of CEW UK, added: “I am thrilled that CEW is collaborating with Breakout Beauty as the exclusive Industry Association Partner for 2026. Since its launch in 1992, CEW’s mission has been to support beauty businesses as they grow and thrive, and Breakout Beauty’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of early-stage indie brands aligns seamlessly with that vision. I am delighted to be joining the Breakout Beauty Board and to play a role in championing this new wave of ambitious, growth-focused founders who represent the future of our industry.”
Applications for Breakout Beauty UK 2026 are now open until 15 June, with the programme supporting founders ready to scale through retail, digital and investment growth channels.
