CGC has announced two senior leadership appointments as it enters what it describes as a new phase of growth, with plans to expand further in the US and other international markets.
Jessica Diner, formerly of Vogue, has been appointed Chief Global Brand & Creative Officer, and Veronika Ullmer, most recently at Glossier, joins as President & Chief Communications Officer. Both will work alongside Founder Clare Goodwin, who continues to lead CGC’s creative direction.
CGC said the refreshed leadership structure will strengthen its focus on next-generation brand growth, bringing together cultural insight, platform expertise and commercial innovation. As part of the update, the agency also confirmed it will introduce a new business pillar, Catalyst, dedicated to launching and incubating new brands.

Jessica Diner joins following an 18-year career at Vogue, where she most recently served as Global Beauty & Wellness Director. Her background spans brand identity, editorial strategy and digital engagement, with experience across creator partnerships and influencer strategy.
Veronika Ullmer brings experience from senior roles at The Estée Lauder Companies, Augustinus Bader, and most recently as Global Head of Integrated Communications, Impact & Partnerships at Glossier, Inc. She is known for translating entrepreneurial vision into communications strategies designed to drive cultural relevance and commercial performance.
In a statement, Goodwin said CGC’s approach to brand building centres on “storytelling, experience, content, culture and community”, adding: “Today, a brand is more than a product, it’s understanding the zeitgeist and the ability to draw audiences into their world.”
Diner added: “I’ve always believed the strongest brands are the ones that truly know their audience and understand how to connect with them in a meaningful way. Over the years, I’ve collaborated closely with Clare and seen first-hand how CGC champions creativity and strategic thinking in equal measure, so to now join the agency feels like a natural and exciting step. With Veronika coming on board at the same time, there is a real opportunity to combine our strengths and shape a more expansive creative and strategic vision for the brands we work with.”
