CEW is delighted to welcome Yasmin-Kate Pattison to our zoom stage for the first in a series of events looking at wellbeing, stress, mental health and anxiety.
With a career spanning 20 years in the beauty industry, she is an expert developmental coach and specilaises in mental health training, developmental coaching and supports businesses on how to implement a wellbeing strategy no matter the size of the business.
In the first episode we will unpack our health and well-being - physical, emotional and mental.
We will begin the journey to understand what mental health is and isn't, the language we use in our daily lives around mental health and how this either builds or breaks down stigma. We will take a look at why this is important for business and how you can incorporate these learnings to make positive change in your own businesses.

Yasmin-Kate has over 20 years international experience working in the retail world specifically in retail and service strategy, coaching, learning & development, leadership and management roles.
Yasmin-Kate has ground up hands on experience in many roles. Starting her career on the shop-floor as a Beauty Advisor in 1996, she worked her way up through to senior leadership roles for one of the beauty industries largest brands before starting her own consultancy, so fully understands all the highs and the challenges that being in these roles can bring. Developing and investing in people is her greatest passion. Yasmin-Kate fully believes that for any business to be truly successful, they need to put their people at the heart of what they do. Staff need to see, hear and feel how important and valued they are — those that do, give back through greater engagement, which in turn boosts productivity and ongoing loyalty.
As a Mental Health First Aid England Instructor member, she knows that part of true staff engagement comes from them feeling they have a safe an open environment to be heard and understood. Offering mental health training, developmental coaching and support on how to implementing a well-being strategy for businesses of all sizes is a largest part of Yasmin-Kates’s specialism.
