Previously the COO of Droplet, a financial technology company that scaled across 8 cities in the UK and raised over £2 million. Luke now heads up Bolt Digital, a leading UK authority in D2C for Health and Beauty brands.
Luke is also a mentor for the Creative Mentor Network, and was featured in Vogue as part of David Bailey’s ‘People set to define the Next Decade’.

Tim has worked widely across film for a variety of production companies. He has directed and edited projects for Amazon Music, Apple, Shell, NY Times, Channel4 and Warner Music, amongst many other clients. He was the founder of creative agency Eastkin, which specialised in SME branding and social video. Tim is now Creative Director of Bolt Digital, leading a team of copywriters, video editors and graphic designers.
