The INKEY List, known as the fearless innovators of no BS skincare, has launched ‘INKEY Lab’, a fast innovation test and learn platform dedicated to launching the latest trends and ingredients. INKEY Lab accelerates that mission even further, with its community acting as the creative compass.
Co-founder Colette Laxton asked the INKEY Community a simple question: “If INKEY could create any product next… what should it be?” The response was huge, with over 1,000 comments sharing real skincare needs and wish lists, more than 100,000 views across social channels, and over 1,500 email submissions.
A select group of the most engaged INKEY Insiders were chosen. These were customers who love the brand and wanted to be involved in creating something new. The process included multiple touchpoints such as open idea submissions, structured surveys, early texture testing and sensorial feedback, group calls via Zoom to discuss feedback, and direct responses through WhatsApp and Close Friends polls on Instagram.
Made with the community, not just for it, the Nourishing Rice Milk Toner has been shaped by real feedback from start to finish. It was designed to truly comfort, hydrate and support the skin barrier. From early ideas to final refinements, the Milk Toner was built side by side with INKEY Insiders, listening, testing and shaping it together at every step.
