Are you an experienced B2B Buyer with commercial acumen and a passion for products?

Can you oversee and optimise all aspects of end-to-end product development?

Joining a global brand leader, you will procure primary packaging and contract manufacturing services, to deliver high quality products that delight consumers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal sourcing decisions that support company growth, innovation and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with sourcing principles and processes across all activities
• Run RFQs and negotiate commercial conditions for NPD
• Work closely with internal logistics and quality teams on product launch and improvement projects
• Build and manage long-term supplier partnerships and relationships
• Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives and sustainable sourcing solutions
• Prepare business cases and manage admin related to your areas of responsibility
• Work on sustainability initiatives with category teams and suppliers
• Support senior management in strategic sourcing decisions and market analysis

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in Purchasing, Business Administration or related field
• Personal care procurement experience, including primary packaging sourcing
• Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
