Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sustainability sourcing roadmap for packaging materials
• Act as the key sustainability link between R&D and Sourcing teams
• Champion the transition to low-impact, circular and regenerative sourcing models
• Build strategic supplier partnerships to unlock sustainable innovation at scale
• Perform CO₂ emissions analysis and lead packaging reduction strategies
• Assess supplier practices and drive renewable energy adoption
• Translate environmental data into compelling business cases for stakeholders
• Drive scenario planning and materials modelling for future-ready decisions

Candidate Requirements:

• Extensive sourcing/procurement experience within Cosmetics or FMCG, including sustainable packaging and circular economy
• Strong track record in carbon reduction and waste management, experienced with sustainability data tools and emissions tracking
• Deep knowledge of sustainability frameworks and regulatory landscapes
