Thriving on collaboration, the team works on-site 3 days each week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate packaging projects to deliver the NPD/EPD pipeline, meeting key milestones throughout development, testing and execution
• Work closely with internal teams (Supply Chain, Ops, Product Development, Marketing) and external partners to source new packaging concepts
• Analyse packaging solutions, develop testing plans, and conduct trials to ensure all packaging is efficient and meets highest standards
• Regularly review existing packaging to identify and implement improvements across the portfolio
• Provide a key point of contact for all packaging enquiries, communicating options and risks with stakeholders, and driving resolution
• Apply organisational objectives and strategic frameworks to all packaging decisions and solutions
