Educator – Field-based – £35-45,000 (AE688698)

As Educator for a professional beauty company with a broad product portfolio, you will provide training and information to salon teams across your region.

This forward-thinking, flexible company is open to part time working, in regions around the UK. The Educator team is field-based, with a monthly trip to the company’s Glasgow office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training sessions to salon professionals
• Support product launches through targeted educational campaigns and workshops
• Build relationships with salon owners and key staff members
• Assess training needs of individual salons and tailor educational content accordingly
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up visits to ensure successful product adoption
• Maintain accurate records of visits, training sessions, and customer interactions

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in educator role within skincare or haircare, ideally both
• Deep understanding of salon teams, challenges and opportunities
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse professional audiences
