UK Business Development Manager – Remote, Greater London – £75,000 (AE691446)

Are you a technical whizz with success in cosmetic/personal care raw material sales?

Are you a natural communicator who enjoys building productive partnerships?

We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales or Key Account Manager to join a leading supplier of speciality cosmetic ingredients in the UK. In this B2B customer-facing role, you will foster client relationships and manage distributor networks to expand UK market presence.

You will be based at home, ideally near London, with occasional international travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary customer contact, driving business growth and brand recognition
    Develop and implement a winning strategy for the distributor network, aligned with company goals
    Support distributor partners with scientific and technical expertise
    Create innovative solutions to solve issues and meet customer requirements
    Represent the business at industry trade shows and events

Candidate Requirements:

  • Success in a similar role within personal care, ideally cosmetics
  • Strong scientific knowledge of cosmetic active ingredients
  • Creative, data-driven mindset with ability to identify and land new opportunities
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
