Build go-to-market strategy while scaling rapidly across UK/Ireland to global markets, targeting high-impact B2B sectors including corporates, facilities management, hospitality, and water companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategy for UK/Ireland expansion
  • Build strategic sales channels and set ambitious growth targets
  • Identify and target high-value clients across key commercial sectors
  • Negotiate complex deals with C-suite stakeholders and decision makers
  • Recruit, develop and lead high-performing sales and marketing teams
  • Represent business at networking events, conferences and industry webinars
  • Provide monthly KPIs and board-level reporting on commercial performance
  • Generate new revenue streams through client acquisition and expansion

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven senior sales leadership with demonstrable new business acquisition track record
  • Multi-stakeholder selling experience with established C-suite level contacts
  • Strong professional network in facilities management, hospitality or ESG sectors
