THE ROLE – Create Instagram stories (some content provided) – Writing captions for social media with brand voice – Responding to social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) comments and messages – Actively increasing engagement across Facebook, Instagram & TikTok. – Investigating key brand competitors – Posting content each day across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & TikTok. – Create and maintain influencer connections. Organising and managing UGC content – Keeping up to date with key trends and relaying back to team – Assisting with product launches and events / BTS for social media – Communicating with Graphic designer / content curator to make relevant content – Keeping and maintaining communication with our customers – Ability to display empathy and willingness to help – Answering customer queries on product and ordering processes via email, WhatsApp, phone and Facebook messenger – Support with general admin THE PERSON Good English language skills, polite and calm – both written and on the phone. Attention to detail; careful and precise. Skilled in all Microsoft office programs especially excel. Self-starter, structured and organised with excellent communication skills. A good artistic eye and ability to match Frank’s Remedies aesthetic. Knowledge of natural skincare is beneficial.
