Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-creating, developing and agreeing annual business plans for UK, ME and North America.
  • Build and implement to sell the MZ Skin brand into key retailers in UK, ME and North America.
  • Develop and execute dynamic strategic plans to deliver wholesale and retail targets, working collaboratively with retail partners to create strong Joint Business Plans (including retail marketing) for our brand, that will deliver growth and brand KPIs.
  • Drive and support e-Retailers to execute an integrated digital strategy across all retailer communication channels and platforms to animate campaigns and product launches in line with the brand guidelines. You will be accountable to drive a 360 digital business including, the customer experience, on-site merchandising, traffic levers and conversion drivers.
    Be a strategic planner and grow both the existing distribution and new accounts.  Ensure strong return on investment in marketing packages and campaigns bought from the retailer.
  • Work closely in close partnership with the Marketing, Finance and Operations teams to drive growth in line with brand DNA.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and deliver the category vision and action plan. Understand the multichannel landscape and path to purchase to drive
    the role of digital within the mix to ultimately drive sales growth.
  • Be a brand Advocate. Ensure that e-Retail websites are always up to date, with the correct content, creative banners, assets and copy to comply with the MZ Skin Guidelines.
  • Develop and champion strong working relationships with buyers and head office personnel in markets. Ensure excellent service to accounts from head office teams.
  • Develop a strong network amongst a range of departments within each retailer to be the preferred business partner of choice.
  • Participate proactively in promotional and NPD launch planning processes, ensuring accurate updates throughout are communicated effectively, working collaboratively with marketing and the demand planning team. Identify any future growth / current launch plan opportunities.
  • Responsible for sales building block projections. Collaborate with forecasting and supply chain teams.
  • Intuitive understanding of developing bottom up consumption consensus forecasts. Experienced in Integrated Business Planning ways of working and leading teams to maximise commercial ambition.
  • Present a review of market performance (past, present and future) at internal meetings identifying challenges and opportunities as appropriate.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Director to implement future brand strategies, develop promotional plans and pricing models.
  • Account Admin – responsible for all account related administration such as NLFs, pricing templates, presentations etc, with the support of the Sales Executive.
